Hemköpskedjan AB now takes another step towards a sustainable future and enters into a nationwide collaboration with the foodtech company Deligate AB.

The Deligate Deli application aims to increase food safety and reduce waste at the deli counter in stores. By creating an easy-to-use routine for documenting all the items opened and sending notifications when they are approaching their expiration date, the store can better plan its work and ensure that nothing is wasted.
In addition, it guarantees that you, the customer, will always have fresh products to take home.
The solution is currently being implemented in all of Hemköp's 58 self-owned stores around the country, and the work is expected to be completed by the end of April.

Deligate Deli was created to help secure the quality of the products in deli counters and also to help reduce food waste. Deligate Deli is a system that gives the store an easy way to document all the products that are taken out of their sealed original packaging and placed in the deli counter. It gives the store a very clear overview of all the products that are in the counter and lets the staff know when something is about to expire.

Deligate Deli is now being installed in all Hemköp's 58 non-franchise stores around Sweden.
